Congratulations to the RBHS boys golf team, who advanced to the IHSA State Finals for the first time in school history.
The team advanced to Friday's state finals by placing third at Monday's IHSA Sectional Meet at Country Hills Golf Club. The team was led by senior DJ Norman, who finished as sectional medalist, shooting a 74 for the day. He was followed by sophomore Tucker Bond (84), junior Nolan Hunter (84), freshman Kaden Harms (92), sophomore Jack Leman (93), and junior Drew Garrels (94).
The team will play on Friday at Prairie Vista Golf Course in Bloomington. The team is coached by Mr. Kyle Fellner.
